TEAM MEMBER

The vision of ANF is to support small, local businesses and carry products made by companies that demonstrate a high degree of integrity. We use our energy to create a good atmosphere and experience for the employees and customers.

 

Typically, the main duties of our Team Members are helping customers find products, answering questions and helping them decide which products to buy. Some of their other daily responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store

  • Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems

  • Working with cash registers and processing payments

  • Giving customers advice about sales and promotions

  • Recommending the best products to customers

  • Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations

  • Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed

  • Informing customers of any additional relevant information

  • Inviting the customer to join our loyalty program

  • Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the main floor

  • Collaborating with fellow team members to keep all areas clean and organized at all times

  • Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

 

Part-Time with a minimum of 16 hrs per week.
