January Highlight: MegaFood™
MegaFood™ is a line of supplements created to nourish the body with essential minerals and vitamins taken directly from whole foods.
Their facility includes a Certified Lab where they have partnered with a team of scientists at the University of New Hampshire to use FoodState Nutrient™ manufacturing. This allows them to integrate nutrients directly into whole foods, then bottle them as supplements. This process incorporates folate in broccoli, Vitamin K1 in cabbage, Vitamin A and carotenoids in carrots, antioxidants in cranberries and blueberries, and Vitamin C in oranges. All of their ingredients and products are tested to make sure they are free of gluten, dairy, and soy, as well as to meet purity standards.
MegaFood™ works to ensure that their supplements are compliant with the most recent nutritional recommendations, including non-GMO certification for all ingredients used and organic vertification (when possible).
