Popsicles for adults & kids, by Brisia@bridgingpalates
If you’re craving a creamy delicious popsicle without dairy, then these caffeinated Vegan Matcha pops are just for you!
Coconut milk is a great alternative to dairy for using in many dessert recipes. With all the right creaminess and texture, it blends well with other ingredients and is a healthy option to replacing cow’s milk. You can't go wrong with a five ingredient recipe list. In Japan, kids are allowed to eat matcha-infused desserts, but if you have kids and concerns, try using just 1 tsp of matcha.
If you want non-caffeinated pops, for kids, you can try the Strawberry Pops; they're super easy to make and they can help and learn!
