They believe that food is meant to be enjoyed, no matter your allergies, aversions, or illnesses. They have labored for months applying traditional sourdough techniques to a gluten-free recipe to come up with a loaf they’re proud to share — one with an authentic sourdough tang and great texture that will satisfy any Celiac’s toast craving, and impress gluten-eaters too.

All bread is risen for more than 12 hours, breaking down hard-to-digest grains and making it seriously good for you. Plus, Bread SRSLY gluten-free sourdough contains a host of bioavailable nutrients, promoting digestive health and healing.

All ingredients are sourced with care and precision, ensuring each pick results in the best possible gluten-free bread. Each loaf is made by hand in small batches in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen, which means real people—not machines—approve each loaf.

Sadie’s story:

It started with her college crush, a gluten-intolerant San Franciscan. Sadie learned to bake loaves of gluten-free sourdough bread in hopes of winning him over. The loaves were so delicious and plentiful that she founded Bread SRSLY, a company dedicated to sharing nourishing and tasty bread with sensitive eaters. And the boy? He couldn’t resist the charms of her sourdough. He built her a bicycle to help deliver loaves throughout San Francisco, and they’ve been together ever since.
