Recipe: Fresh Kale Salad

Ingredients:
3-4 cups chopped kale
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 teaspoon Bragg’s Sea Kelp seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine kale, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Massage kale for up to 5 minutes. This softens your kale, making it easier to chew and digest.
Add remaining ingredients and serve with protein or enjoy on its own.
