Recipe: Fresh Kale Salad


This is a simple and easy recipe that is perfect for summer. It’s an easy go-to for when you’re heading out to a potluck or just trying to enjoy a light, clean meal. We hope you enjoy and hope you get creative with different ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 cups chopped kale

  • 2 cups chopped cabbage

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 teaspoon Bragg’s Sea Kelp seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl combine kale, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Massage kale for up to 5 minutes. This softens your kale, making it easier to chew and digest.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and serve with protein or enjoy on its own.
