Maca Mocha Chia
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon cacao
1 teaspoon maca
1 cup of milk ( either coconut, almond or traditional cows milk)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teabag of black chia (can use loose leaf if you prefer)
a pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
In one small pan add the milk of your choice, cacao, maca and salt to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 60 seconds, and then turn the heat off. Then add the tea bag of chia, and let the tea steep until your desired strength. If you prefer your drink to be more sweet than bitter, try using a sweetened milk, or sprinkle cinnamon and/or nutmeg on top. Enjoy the natural energy and glow this drink provides!
